Privacy Policy

Blackjack Social ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Blackjack Social mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

Blackjack Social is a social card-game application available on the Apple App Store. The App is rated 17+ and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17 years of age. If we learn that a user is under 17, we will delete their account data promptly.

We do not use your data for profiling, behavioural advertising, or any purpose not described above.

4. Advertising

The App includes interstitial and rewarded advertisements powered by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for users who have not purchased a Premium subscription. Google may use device identifiers (such as Apple's Advertising Identifier, if you have ad tracking enabled) to show relevant ads and to measure their performance. You can limit ad tracking at the iOS system level via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Premium subscribers receive an entirely ad-free experience; no AdMob SDK requests are made once Premium is active.

5. Third Parties We Share Data With

We share data with a small number of service providers strictly necessary to operate the App:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data (Apple identifier, username, chip balance, gameplay history, purchase receipts) for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion (see Section 7), we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve open disputes.

Anonymized aggregate gameplay statistics (e.g. total hands played across all users) may be retained indefinitely because they cannot identify you.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@blackjacksocial.app with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days. If you have linked an Apple ID, you may also revoke the App's access to your Apple identifier at any time via Settings → [your name] → Sign-In & Security → Apps Using Apple ID — revoking access does not automatically delete your account data, but you may request deletion separately.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS for all data in transit and encrypted storage at rest for sensitive fields. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong Apple ID password and enable two-factor authentication on your Apple account.

9. Children's Privacy

Blackjack Social is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 17. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App, please contact us at support@blackjacksocial.app and we will delete any data associated with that account.

10. International Users

The App is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the US, your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using the App you consent to this transfer. We apply the same data-protection practices to all users regardless of geography.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
